Our team will review the issue and provide further assistance within 24-36 hours.

We ensure careful packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, if you find that any item damaged from the order, 

*A unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage.

MISSING PRODUCT POLICY.

We ensure careful packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, if you find that any item is missing from the order, 

*A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise a missing product claim.

*The video must show the sealed package being opened clearly without any cuts, edits and pause.

*Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
